Ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut before exterior cleaning begins
Clear the work area of fragile items, furniture, or toys
Keep pets and children indoors during the duration of the service
Ensure exterior water spigots and electrical outlets are functional (if required for service)
4. Liability & Damage
Existing Conditions: Lewis Exterior Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as loose siding, rotted wood, or improperly sealed windows.
Normal Wear: We use industry-standard methods; however, we are not responsible for the natural aging process of materials or the removal of permanent stains.
Plants: While we take precautions to protect your greenery, the customer is responsible for ensuring sensitive plants are properly watered before and after chemical applications.
